Laurel Mountain Cabins are Hiawassee's finest cabins with fully equipped kitchens, bedside Jacuzzis, stone fireplaces, covered porches, barbeque grills, handicapped access, plus great mountain views!
Reservation Policy
Reservations - Two week notice of cancellation is required for return of deposit. Two night minimum stay with one night's deposit required at time of booking.ALL cancellations MUST be made by phone and receive a cancellation number. No cancellations by email.
No refunds for early departures.
Reservations during the months of OCTOBER, JULY 4th WEEK, THANKSGIVING WEEK and the CHRISTMAS - NEW YEARS HOLIDAYS:
Three to seven nights minimum stay, depending on the holiday, call or email for info.
We require a 6 weeks notice of cancellation for return of deposit. A deposit of the first 2 nights rental at the normal rental rate, plus tax will be due at time of reservation.
If cancellation is made anytime 3 weeks or less prior to arrival date, ½ of the total rental amount will be due.

**If you are a repeat customer you will note we have changed our Reservations & Cancellation Policy. We have had a very lenient policy for years and continue to work with our customers when possible. If we can fill the dates that are cancelled there will be NO CHARGE. Most of our customers are also our friends, and we regret having to make these changes.

Pets
$25.00 one time pet fee per animal. We will consider more than one small pet. We must have advance notice that you want to bring a pet.
Dogs - Small to medium size Adult, Friendly, Housebroken Family inside pets ONLY! Must be on leash when outside.
Cats - Must be declawed and neutered.
All pets must have a crate and must be in the crate if left alone at any time. You are responsible for any damage. If your pet is allowed on your furniture at home, bring something to cover our furniture. If your pet gets on the bed at home, bring your own bedding. We do our best to make sure the next guest never knows you or your pet were there. Our guests always comment on how clean our cabins are. These rules help make that happen.
